Automotive Sales Consultant

The candidate(s) we seek must have experience in selling new and/or used automobiles. This individual must have drive, energy and the motivation to sell "America's Best Selling Brand" of new Ford vehicles. You would also have the opportunity to sell Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicles plus a large selection clean used cars & trucks consisting of various Makes & Models.

Automotive BDC/Internet Sales Rep/Appointment Setter

Bill Marsh Ford in Newtown, PA is an established family-owned Ford dealership proudly serving the Bucks County community & surrounding areas for over 60 yearsCustomer Service Representative for our call center:Respond to New and Pre-Owned Vehicle inquiries, send emails and respond to incoming emails
  • Customer service representatives follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
    • Make follow up calls daily according to CRM Work Plan
    • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
    • Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
    • Complete daily tasks in a timely fashion. 


    • JOB REQUIREMENTS
      • Prior experience preferred in a BDC department. Will also consider applicants that have strong customer service skill or an automotive background.
      • Possess the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, both written and oral.
      • Have a valid driver's license
      • Possess excellent communications skills.
      • Hours of position vary but must be available days, nights & Saturday
      • Dress appropriately.

    The candidate should have various Fleet & Municipal contacts, both large & small, within the industry plus a strong desire to build the commercial/fleet department from the ground up. Our store has the necessary service capacity for this expansion.
