* Fleet Cars & Trucks
* Body Builders
* Upfit/Accessories Suppliers

The candidate should have various Fleet & Municipal contacts, both large & small, within the industry plus a strong desire to build the commercial/fleet department from the ground up. Our store has the necessary service capacity for this expansion.

Automotive BDC/Internet Sales Rep/Appointment Setter

Bill Marsh Ford in Newtown, PA is an established family-owned Ford dealership proudly serving the Bucks County community & surrounding areas for over 60 yearsCustomer Service Representative for our call center:Respond to New and Pre-Owned Vehicle inquiries, send emails and respond to incoming emails
  • Customer service representatives follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
    • Make follow up calls daily according to CRM Work Plan
    • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
    • Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
    • Complete daily tasks in a timely fashion. 


    • JOB REQUIREMENTS
      • Prior experience preferred in a BDC department. Will also consider applicants that have strong customer service skill or an automotive background.
      • Possess the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, both written and oral.
      • Have a valid driver's license
      • Possess excellent communications skills.
      • Hours of position vary but must be available days, nights & Saturday
      • Dress appropriately.
